List of Requirements:

1. Completely filled up application forms.
2. Two (2) Valid IDs (Passport, Driver’s License, SSS ID, PRC ID)
3. One piece 2x2 colored ID picture
4. Proof of billing address (PLDT, Meralco, Veco, Maynilad, MCWD, etc.)
5. Residence Certificate (CTC)
6. TIN, SSS Number


For the Borrower and Co-maker:
To be provided by Employment / Recruitment Agency

1. Photocopy of Employment contract/ Job offer from prospective Employer
2. Photocoy of Passport / VISA ( if applicable )
3. Photocopy of plane ticket / itinerary
